Lavender & White Sage Smudge Sticks

Sage Smudge Sticks can be used in a variety of ways including cleansing of a space, removal of unwanted spirits, healing & balancing chakras and more! 

• To Cleanse a Space: Once lit, the smoke from the Sage can be fanned* around the space / location with the intent of purifying the area and removing any negative / unwanted energies. (*Typically a feather is used to fan the smoke, but is not necessary and is not included)

• Healing and Balancing Chakras: People who practice Reiki or other forms of energy healing can also use Sage around their client’s body to balance and heal the energy centers known as Chakras.

• Physical & Emotional Advantages: Burning sage is also useful in cleansing oneself/clients/locations from psychic and emotional trauma. The smell of burning Sage can also increase relaxation and assist in deeper meditation.
