• Healing and Balancing Chakras: People who practice Reiki or other forms of energy healing can also use Sage around their client’s body to balance and heal the energy centers known as Chakras.

• Physical & Emotional Advantages: Burning sage is also useful in cleansing oneself/clients/locations from psychic and emotional trauma. The smell of burning Sage can also increase relaxation and assist in deeper meditation.
